On Wednesday 28/11/12, I have rice porridge. I have stir-fried garlic pork and stir-fried glass noodles with bean curd. I have fried rice for dinner. 
On Tuesday 27/11/12, I have sandwich Tuna for breakfast. I have deep fried chicken for lunch. And noodles for dinner.

On Thursday 22/11/12, I have boiling rice and deep-fried dough stick. I have tom-yum pork chops and deep fried shrimp. I have tom yum chicken and sausages with ham for dinner.
On Wednesday 21/11/12, I have sandwich for breakfast again. I have eggs and noodles with shrimp for lunch. And for dinner, I have sausages and soup and squid.
On Tuesday 20/11/12, I have sandwich for breakfast. I have curry pork BBQ and fish for lunch. I have fried rice for dinner.
On Monday 19/11/12, I have some bread and milk for my breakfast. I have teriyaki chicken stir-fried and fried eggs with tamarind sauce for lunch. Last one, I have omelette with pork for dinner.

Today I weight 54.8 kg. In breakfast, I ate a corn soup. For lunch, I ate noodles with a pork. In dinner time, I ate an omelette and pork with garlic.
